Wood Stair Treads

Sari Jati manufactures wood plank for stair component such as stair treads (stair steps) for residential and comercial building. A stair tread is the horizontal portion of a set of stairs on which a person walks. Your home will be warmer by using wood plank for stair treads. Sari Jati sell only components, not including installation service. The planks may be solid plank or enginered one. The design detail for stair treads varies from straight cut without profil/moulding, treads with small groove non-slip, or even bull nose. Customer can create their own detail.

Sari Jati manufactures various solid wood treads. Wood plank for treads are available in teak wood, merbau wood, and bangkirai wood, thus called as teak stair treads, merbau stair treads and bangkirai stair treads. Commonly wood type for stair treads is the same with wood type for stair risers. All of this wood treads have been kiln dried already.

This type of stair, exposes wood plank in all sides. The wood plank should be in a good quality and solid one. Standard size is thickness 35 mm, width 28 - 32 cm and length size is upon request
