Sari Jati manufactures HPL flush doors for residential buildings, apartments, as well as doors for commercial buildings such as shop doors, office doors, etc. Our HPL flush doors are made from solid door frame, covered by plywood and later covered by HPL sheet on top. Because the doors are covered with HPL sheets, this doors surface are flat, the design has minimalist design, and focus on the type of wood grain and color of the HPL sheets used. These doors are widely used for modern homes, offices and shops. HPL flush doors are considered as low price doors. No additional cost for finishing process needed. Due to its less weather-resistant nature, HPL flush doors are only suitable for HPL internal doors or HPL interior doors.

Although simple, HPL flush doors design can be varied by adding horizontal or vertical nad grooves, adding clear glass, or placing glass holes, as well as adding stainless trim or stainless plates.

Both stile door and rail door are made from solid wood, available in teak wood, merbau wood and champor wood. All of stiles and rails HPL door components are well dried wood.

This HPL door need no finishing process. HPL sheet has a lot of color and wood grain choices . However, the choice of color and type of wood grain really depends on what HPL sheets are available on the market. Waterproof, one of HPL advantage, makes HPL door often used as a back door cover for wet bathroom door.
